Work you’ll do
As a Tax Process Analyst in Service Delivery Enablement, you’ll support Deloitte’s pod-based delivery model, producing components of Deloitte’s standard Tax service process across multiple client engagements. Service Delivery Enablement is a shared services team of skilled practitioners who help engagement teams deliver work efficiently using market-leading tax technology, including AI solutions.
Pods are small teams with complementary skills and a shared purpose. In this role, you will support multiple engagements, collaborate with a range of Deloitte Tax professionals, and help teams work in standard ways across the engagement lifecycle.
Working within your pod, you will use Deloitte’s Standard Tax Service Delivery Process and proprietary technologies to:
- Deliver services that support Tax client engagements and Service Delivery Enablement goals.
- Set up engagements according to firm standards within Deloitte’s Tax enterprise platform.
- Build standard workplans to manage engagements, including task assignments and due dates.
- Facilitate data collection using AI-enabled functionality.
- Assist engagement teams with maintain their workplan in real time.
- Archive final deliverables and close projects in preparation for the next tax year.
The successful Tax Process Analyst will be able to:
- Follow standard processes and deliver high-quality work across multiple concurrent requests.
- Manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with U.S. and offshore resources across time zones in a virtual environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse, distributed teams.
- Apply sound judgment to daily tasks and demonstrate awareness of broader business needs.
- Adhere to quality standards across all tasks.
Qualifications
Required
- Two-year associate’s degree
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
- The start date for this position will be in Summer 2026
Preferred
- Two-year associate’s degree in business or related field
- Existing skills or the desire to develop technology skills including the following: Advanced Excel
