- Lead a global engineering organization (~25 members across architects, developers, and data scientists), drive engineering standards and onboarding into the identity domain, and partner closely with product, security, and platform teams to align architecture, reduce technical debt, and position the identity platform as an enterprise backbone.
- Direct the design and delivery of core identity capabilities (provisioning, entitlements, onboarding workflows, logging/audit), build and modernize scalable APIs integrating with merchant/payment products and third-party services, and execute microservice-level proofs of concept (POCs) including OIDC integrations with identity providers and schema-driven Kafka patterns to strengthen governance and contract safety.

- Additionally, you will design lean business-focused integrations (payment gateways, order management, catalog, checkout), enable cross-platform identity flows for marketing/CRM platforms, build Spark-based identity/activity data pipelines for insights and personalization, and deliver operational excellence through Splunk dashboards, monitoring, and ongoing production support.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
