Work You’ll Do
The Form Engineer will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of E-Filing Forms and related technology deployed on AWS.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Forms Developer to design, build, and maintain Adobe PDF forms and HTML-based forms in support of Business Systems Analysis (BSA) and Business Operations (BO) functions. This role bridges technical development and business process improvement, ensuring that forms are intuitive, accurate, and fully integrated with downstream systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• The developer in this role will design, develop, and maintain interactive Adobe PDF forms using Adobe Acrobat and LiveCycle/Experience Manager (AEM Forms), ensuring proper field logic, validation, and calculations. They will also build and maintain responsive HTML forms with client- and server-side validation, integrating them with internal systems, databases, or APIs as required.
• Working closely with BSA and BO stakeholders, this developer will gather and translate business requirements into functional form designs, ensuring all forms meet accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1) and comply with organizational policies
• They will manage version control for all form assets, perform testing and quality assurance across browsers and platforms, and troubleshoot defects or submission issues as they arise. The developer will also document technical specifications, maintain form inventories, and support end users through training or guidance materials.
• Collaboration with IT, compliance, and operations teams will be a regular part of the role to ensure forms align with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 5+ years of experience in AWS, Java, SQL
• Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
