Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Provide L2 Epic support, triage, troubleshoot and testing expertise and experience for assigned group of Epic modules
- Experience with multiple Epic modules (Technical) to acknowledge, triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, address tasks and provide excellent documentation in ticket status and/or resolution notations
- Engages with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Epic system in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct ongoing system maintenance activities, resolve Workqueue errors for designated Epic applications
- On-call responsibilities based on call rotation schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Develop, support and maintain all required documents and other system documentation.
- Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
- Actively participate in testing activities e.g., printer mapping, downtime, special updates and other activities as assigned

Qualifications
Required
- Must be Epic Certified in either Grand Central or Cadence
- 3+ years with Epic Support (L2 Support)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
- Strong Epic experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and standard change requests
- Have excellent documentation and verbal skills
- Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends, holidays based on on-call rotation schedule
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Nice to have Epic Certification in other modules
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97000 to $107000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
