Join Deloitte as a Senior Manager, Managed Services, leading complex programs from strategy through delivery for high-priority client initiatives. In this role, you will translate executive priorities into actionable workplans, oversee multi-workstream delivery, and drive measurable outcomes across complex stakeholder environments. You will also lead teams, manage engagement financials, and help shape growth through pursuits and proposals.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager, Managed Services on the Managed Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy through delivery, translating executive priorities into clear workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Managing multi-workstream execution, including governance, quality control, and risk and issue management across scope, timeline, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Owning engagement operations, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, staffing mix, and change control, while communicating tradeoffs and options to leadership
- Coaching managers and consultants in structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and executive-ready communication
- Driving stakeholder alignment and partnering with technical, functional, and client teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and support adoption through change and communications plans
- Supporting growth through pursuits and proposals and establishing repeatable delivery routines and artifacts to improve predictability and transparency across engagements

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and coaching managers and consultants in structured problem solving and executive communication
- 4+ years of experience leading multi-workstream delivery, including governance, quality control, and risk management across scope, timeline, and dependencies
- 3+ years of experience owning engagement financials, including budgeting, margin management, staffing mix, change control, and proposal support
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience delivering services in a managed services environment
- Experience supporting pursuits, proposals, and staffing models for complex engagements
- Experience preparing executive readouts, decision memos, and governance materials
- Experience working across technical and functional teams to define requirements and validate solutions
- Experience supporting change management and communications planning
- Experience using integrated project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting artifacts
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $184,100 to $306,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
