Work you’ll do
As a Solution Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below. We are currently recruiting Risk Analytics Solutions, Solution Analysts whose skills and interests align with the below description:
Risk Analytics Solutions, Solution Analyst
This Solution Analyst leverages data management and analytics to assist in solving business challenges and mitigate risk across a variety of domains. Supports the application of advanced analytical techniques to collect, process, and analyze data, uncovering actionable insights that drive innovation, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making for clients.
The team
From our Delivery Centers, we help organizations navigate a variety of risks to lead in the marketplace and disrupt through innovation. The insights of our professionals, combined with our specialized products and services, help clients learn how to embrace complexity and leverage their position of strength to accelerate performance. We emphasize the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
Qualifications
Required
Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study:
Accounting, Analytics, Applied Math, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics
Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA, with the ability to commute to the assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $73,000.
