- Redesigning the global operating model and assessing capability maturity for the front, middle, and back office
- Advising corporate and PE clients across inorganic growth/divestiture scenarios through M&A strategy, diligence, integration/separation planning and execution
- Driving strategic value by architecting and implementing integrated sustainability strategies and transformation programs
- Solving end-to-end product and innovation challenges through designing, building, and launching new solutions
- Advising clients on how to maximize the value of their brands and building marketing strategies to drive profitable customer growth and retention
- Developing commerce strategies and supporting business cases that enhance customer acquisition and retention, fueling sustainable revenue growth
- Looking across our clients’ full businesses to advise on sales and service strategy that will maximize value for the organization
- Hyper-personalizing customer experiences and shaping brand loyalty programs to drive end-to-end customer growth and transformation
- MBA degree (expected graduation by Spring/Summer 2027)
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Strong academic track record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (eg. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
