Work you’ll do 

As a Solution Consultant in our Government & Public Services practice, you’ll join our team of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.

Tech Package Solutions, Solution Consultant

  • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise software packages, ensuring effective technical design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. 
  • Administer and develop ServiceNow Platforms: Manage, configure, and customize the ServiceNow environment to support multiple modules, with a focus on incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • This role combines deep application knowledge with proven delivery approaches to drive successful project implementations and long-term solution stability.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree required. Current enrollment in a full-time master’s program preferred, with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study:
  • Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
  • 1+ year of relevant full-time work experience
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to Lake Mary, FL, with the ability to commute to the assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodation.
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
