Work you'll do
As a Dayforce Senior Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for…
- Support Dayforce integration and data management workstreams by gathering requirements, documenting interface specifications, and assisting with solution design.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation activities to support data conversion, migration, and ongoing interface operations.
- Support development and testing activities for integrations, data exchanges, and data management processes across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
- Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities with project teams and client stakeholders.
- Contribute to project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training to support successful deployment and operational readiness.

The team
Deloitte’s Human Capital practice helps organizations transform the way they manage their workforce, payroll, and HR operations. Our HR Strategy & Technology professionals support clients across integration architecture, data management, enterprise platforms, and HR transformation to help improve system connectivity, reporting, and operational effectiveness. Team members work across functional and technical disciplines to deliver complex transformation programs for large organizations.
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of experience with human capital management integrations, interfaces, or data management activities
- 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar human capital management platforms
- Experience with application programming interfaces, data import and export tools, or middleware used in system integrations
- Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and business processes
- Experience with structured query language, extract transform load tools, or data transformation scripting
- Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance practices in enterprise technology environments
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting full life cycle integration or data conversion workstreams
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato
- Experience with Dayforce application programming interfaces or data management tools
- Dayforce or Ceridian certification
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
