Position Summary

DU Client Experience Delivery Specialist

If you enjoy coordinating complex meetings and events and delivering a polished client experience, this role offers the opportunity to support high-visibility Next Generation CXO Academy programs at Deloitte University. The Specialist, Meeting and Event Management will help plan and execute program logistics, participant communications, onsite operations, and post-program follow-through. This role also supports process improvement efforts and helps drive consistency across Academy experiences.

Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Meeting and Event Management on the Client Experience Delivery team, you will be responsible for…

  • Coordinating enrollment and registration activities, including participant tracking, pre-work monitoring, scheduling support, and registration updates in Salesforce
  • Supporting Academy planning and execution by managing agendas, space reservations, food and beverage coordination, production requirements, and speaker logistics
  • Overseeing onsite event operations, including team assignments, transportation manifests, name badge reporting, transition lab setup, and coordination with Deloitte University teams
  • Managing event materials and documentation, including signage, giveaways, printed materials, breakout assignments, curriculum resources, and shipments to Deloitte University
  • Processing operational follow-up activities, including contracts, invoices, evaluations, and continuing professional education or continuing legal education documentation

The team
The Client Experience Delivery team supports the planning and execution of Next Generation CXO Academy programs at Deloitte University. The team works closely with program leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver organized, high-quality experiences for clients and participants. This group focuses on operational excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across Academy events.

Qualifications
Required:

  • 3+ years of hospitality, event operations, office support, or program coordination experience in a corporate, hospitality, service-oriented, or customer-centric environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience coordinating meeting or event logistics, registration activities, and onsite support
  • Experience supporting administrative processes involving vendors, contracts, or invoices
  • Ability to work occasional overtime
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in hospitality or corporate environments with a focus on event planning
