The Team

Our Cyber Operate offering manages clients’ critical cyber assets as a fully managed service or in partnership with client teams. We provide talent, leading technologies, and processes to protect client cyber capabilities, including privileged account management, identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and continuous compliance.

Work You’ll Do

As a Senior Solution Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate those risks, and opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Understand complex business and IT management processes; execute advanced services and supervise staff delivering foundational services.
  • Architect, design, and implement large-scale privileged access management (PAM) solutions with CyberArk.
  • Oversee post-design configurations, advanced debugging, and troubleshooting of CyberArk issues, including direct interactions with technology vendors.
  • Contribute to eminence activities, such as creating whitepapers related to PAM technologies.
  • Lead requirements gathering, produce design documentation, and conduct workshops in onsite/offshore delivery models for multiple projects.
  • Responsible for installing, integrating, deploying, and maintaining CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions.
  • Develop and customize CyberArk modules, connectors, plugins, and integration modules.
  • Implement custom policies, scripts, and automation to extend CyberArk functionality as needed.
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the PAM processes in CyberArk, which include privileged account onboarding, credential rotation, and session monitoring.
  • Lead process compliance activities, driving initiatives relevant for project delivery and promoting reusability.
  • Communicate technical and functional product features to clients and partners at appropriate levels.
  • Support responses to client proposals related to privileged access management.
  • Support post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients, aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of industry experience in Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access Management technologies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing CyberArk solutions.
  • 2+ years managing projects through the full system development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading at least two end-to-end CyberArk deployments, including strategy roadmap, requirements gathering, use case documentation, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, based on business and client needs.
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant field.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred.
  • CyberArk certification (CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, Defender, or Sentry) preferred.
  • Experience in integrating CyberArk with enterprise applications and infrastructure, including custom connectors and scripts.
  • Experience integrating PAM with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
  • Experience supporting UAT and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Windows, Unix/Linux, RDBMS, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Strong knowledge of web/application servers (e.g., IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic).
  • Experience with hands-on development, effort estimation, team management, and customized implementations.
  • Advanced documentation and presentation skills; well-versed in software development life cycle processes.
  • Ability to create, plan, and deliver advanced CyberArk training and independently conduct proof of concepts involving emerging CyberArk modules/products (e.g., Privilege Cloud, Endpoint Privilege Manager, Cloud Entitlements Manager).
  • Familiarity with process frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Understanding of and familiarity with operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
  • Understanding of security protocols and technologies such as OAUTH, REST, LDAP, SSL, SSH.
  • Additional certifications in IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock) or security (PMP, CISSP) are a plus.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 - $198,375.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
