- Superior leadership and management skills

- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring or Summer 2027 or have completed an MBA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or a related/equivalent program
- 3+ years of full-time work experience
- Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
- Must live within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
- 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred
- Demonstrated recent leadership, such as in a campus club, society, sports teams or other activity
- Demonstrated recent social impact or volunteer activity
- Previous investment banking or M&A execution experience
- Experience performing financial modeling and analysis
