Work you'll do
As a Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Enterprise Security team, you will be responsible for helping clients improve security across cloud, network, and enterprise environments.
- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of security solutions across cloud, network, and identity domains
- Assist with assessments of client environments to identify security gaps, implementation priorities, and opportunities to strengthen controls
- Contribute to the deployment and optimization of technologies such as enterprise firewalls, cloud-native application protection platforms, secure access service edge solutions, and container security tools
- Analyze technical requirements, document findings, and help develop recommendations for architecture, tool selection, and security operations improvements
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to deliver project workstreams, communicate status, and support implementation milestones

Our Enterprise Security offering helps clients embed security across digital transformation initiatives by strengthening the technical foundation that supports their business. The team works across areas such as security architecture, secure development and deployment, cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products. We bring together deep technical experience and industry knowledge to help clients build resilience and move forward with confidence.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a technical field
- 4+ years of experience in cloud security, network security, identity security, or cybersecurity
- 2+ years of experience with cloud-native application protection platforms, secure access service edge solutions, enterprise firewall platforms, or comparable security technologies
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and native security services
- 1+ years of experience supporting the design or implementation of enterprise security architectures, including firewalls, virtual private networks, load balancers, content delivery networks, subnetting, or container security controls
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne, or comparable security platforms
- Experience evaluating security tools and documenting recommendations based on technical requirements
- Experience facilitating client workshops, technical discussions, or implementation planning sessions
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments
- Experience supporting project budgets, resource plans, or workstream delivery
- One or more cybersecurity or cloud security certifications, such as PCNSE, CCIE, CISSP, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $218,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
