Work You’ll Do
You will support client teams delivering Deloitte’s Accelsior Suite of technology products—onboarding new implementations, performing analytics, and delivering enhancements that meet client needs. You will own defined workstreams, translate business needs into requirements, coordinate with analysts/developers, and contribute to high-quality client delivery while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support clients to streamline operations, automate tasks, and improve processes across finance, regulatory reporting, fund accounting, portfolio monitoring, and operations
- Gather, document, and validate client requirements; translate needs into user stories and configuration specifications
- Assist in designing reporting and data/infrastructure solutions; document assumptions, dependencies, and timelines
- Configure products to meet requirements; support testing, defect triage, and release readiness with technical teams
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using market-leading business intelligence tools
- Define data exchange requirements and coordinate data loads via ETL / API / SFTP; perform data quality checks and reconciliations
- Develop delivery artifacts (status updates, RAID items, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation)
- Prepare and present written and verbal materials (findings, recommendations, demos, and training) for client stakeholders
- Provide structured input to product leaders (client feedback, enhancement ideas, backlog/roadmap support)

Our Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, or finance/operations roles with exposure to automation, calculations, and/or modeling
- Interest in combining technology, finance/accounting, and client service
- Experience in financial services; areas of interest include:
- Investment Management Regulatory Reporting (Form PF, CPO-PQR, N-PORT, N-CEN, etc.)
- Asset-backed lending
- Fund finance (Subscription, NAV, and Hybrid Facilities)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in client-facing environments; ability to manage day-to-day client interactions with guidance
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of the alternative investment industry
- Experience with databases and financial/accounting systems; comfort with data models and reconciliations
- Experience working across multiple projects/teams under tight timelines
- Exposure to borrowing base calculations
- AI awareness and practical adoption to enhance product and user experience
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $112,500-$124,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
