Leveraging Deloitte’s unmatched resources and deep industry insights, you’ll deliver innovative, market-driven solutions that modernize finance functions, elevate performance, and drive meaningful organizational change. Join us to empower clients to become strategic business partners, manage risk, and unlock new levels of financial and operational excellence.

Work You’ll Do

You will support client teams delivering Deloitte’s Accelsior Suite of technology products—onboarding new implementations, performing analytics, and delivering enhancements that meet client needs. You will own defined workstreams, translate business needs into requirements, coordinate with analysts/developers, and contribute to high-quality client delivery while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients to streamline operations, automate tasks, and improve processes across finance, regulatory reporting, fund accounting, portfolio monitoring, and operations
  • Gather, document, and validate client requirements; translate needs into user stories and configuration specifications
  • Assist in designing reporting and data/infrastructure solutions; document assumptions, dependencies, and timelines
  • Configure products to meet requirements; support testing, defect triage, and release readiness with technical teams
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using market-leading business intelligence tools
  • Define data exchange requirements and coordinate data loads via ETL / API / SFTP; perform data quality checks and reconciliations
  • Develop delivery artifacts (status updates, RAID items, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation)
  • Prepare and present written and verbal materials (findings, recommendations, demos, and training) for client stakeholders
  • Provide structured input to product leaders (client feedback, enhancement ideas, backlog/roadmap support)

The team

Our Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, or finance/operations roles with exposure to automation, calculations, and/or modeling
  • Interest in combining technology, finance/accounting, and client service
  • Experience in financial services; areas of interest include:
    • Investment Management Regulatory Reporting (Form PF, CPO-PQR, N-PORT, N-CEN, etc.)
    • Asset-backed lending
    • Fund finance (Subscription, NAV, and Hybrid Facilities)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working in client-facing environments; ability to manage day-to-day client interactions with guidance
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred qualifications

  • Understanding of the alternative investment industry
  • Experience with databases and financial/accounting systems; comfort with data models and reconciliations
  • Experience working across multiple projects/teams under tight timelines
  • Exposure to borrowing base calculations
  • AI awareness and practical adoption to enhance product and user experience

Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

  • At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
  • We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
  • We have not authorized any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.
  • We consider candidates on merit and that we provide an equal opportunity to eligible applicants.
  • No one other than designated Deloitte personnel (e.g., a Deloitte recruiter or Deloitte hiring partner) is permitted to extend any job offer from Deloitte.

Anyone who at any time has made or makes any payment to any party in exchange for promises of job or selection for a job with Deloitte or any matter related to this (including those for ‘registration’, ‘verification’ or ‘security deposit’) or otherwise engages with any such person who has made or makes fraudulent promises or offers, does so (or has done so) entirely at their own risk. Deloitte takes no responsibility or liability for any such unauthorized or fraudulent actions or engagements. We encourage jobseekers to exercise caution.
