Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Analyst on the project, you will:

  • Support the full change order process, including drafting, quality review, submission in ServiceNow, stakeholder coordination, and document repository management.
  • Prepare and support contract amendments and statements of work, ensuring proper financial and scope documentation.
  • Develop and review technical estimates and level-of-effort (LOE) files; coordinate approvals with project and technical leads.
  • Support invoicing process from document preparation to ServiceNow submission, maintaining status trackers and facilitating timely processing.
  • Prepare compliance decks, financial dashboards, and resource activity trackers for client review and presentations.
  • Provide process improvement leadership, maintain documentation templates, and deliver training as needed to Deloitte team member.

Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, contract administration, or financial operations in a consulting or government contracting setting.
  • Proven track record managing change order and invoicing workflows for large-scale contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
