Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Support project planning and execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and translating stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Lead requirements discovery and management across cross-functional teams—facilitating interviews/workshops, documenting user needs, prioritizing requirements, and maintaining traceability through delivery.
- Drive business process improvement and future-state design by aligning stakeholders on streamlined, automated workflows and defining practical transition steps from current state.
- Develop process models and documentation (as-is/to-be), including process maps and narratives that inform solution design, controls, and operating procedures.
- Perform data analysis and data modeling to support requirements definition, reporting needs, and interface/integration requirement discovery (e.g., inputs/outputs, data flows, validations).
- Operate effectively in Agile delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story definition/acceptance criteria, and iterative stakeholder feedback cycles.
- Provide UI design inputs in partnership with product owners, designers, and engineers—helping define user flows, screen-level requirements, and usability considerations that align to intended outcomes.
