Work you'll do
We are seeking a client-facing Business Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights. This role will analyze datasets, dashboards, and KPIs to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and help clients and internal leaders make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and naturally curious problem solver who knows how to ask the right questions, connect data to business outcomes, and recommend where additional data can improve decision-making.
As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Customer Strategy & Design team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, translating findings into business insights, and helping clients use information to make informed decisions.
- Analyze datasets, dashboards, and key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.
- Translate data findings into clear business insights, strategic recommendations, and reporting outputs for client and leadership audiences.
- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define business questions, success metrics, reporting needs, and opportunities to improve measurement approaches.
- Identify gaps in current data and recommend additional sources, inputs, or enhancements that could improve analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and discussions tailored to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, or another client-facing role
- 1+ years of experience analyzing datasets and interpreting dashboards, key performance indicators, or performance reports
- 1+ years of experience translating data findings into business insights, recommendations, or presentation materials for stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience Experience defining business questions, success metrics, or reporting requirements with clients or cross-functional teams
- Must be able to work on site up to 100% of the time in Huntsville, Alabama
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel and data visualization or reporting tools such as Palantir (Army Vantage) or similar platforms
- 1+ years of experience in an analyst role within a restaurant, retail, or similar operational environment
- 1+ years of experience using SQL, data modeling, or analytics techniques
- 1+ years of experience identifying or integrating new data sources to improve business insight
- 1+ years of experience with forecasting, trend analysis, or performance measurement frameworks
- 1+ years of experience in consulting or a cross-functional delivery environment
