Work You’ll Do

  • Architect Advanced Analytics Solutions: Design and implement scalable analytics architectures, focusing on SAP HANA, ensuring performance-optimized data models and robust SQL scripting to support mission-critical business processes.

  • Develop and Enhance SAP HANA Models: Lead the enhancement and support of SAP HANA models to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability in large, enterprise-scale production environments.

  • Drive SAP BusinessObjects Reporting: Develop, optimize, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence) reports and interactive dashboards, translating complex client requirements into actionable insights.

  • Build Engaging SAP Analytics Cloud Dashboards: Create and deploy interactive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards used by business leadership and executives, driving informed decision-making through intuitive data visualization.

  • Integrate Data Across Platforms: Utilize SAP SDI, Datasphere, or BDC to seamlessly integrate data, optimizing the flow of information within analytics and reporting platforms to support cohesive business intelligence operations.

  • Support Collection Process Analytics: Collaborate with GPS SOM collection operations and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective analytics solutions, streamlining collection processes with data-driven approaches.

  • Lead Analytics Project Enhancements: Actively participate in or lead end-to-end analytics enhancement projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to rigorous testing and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics solution architecture, with direct responsibility for SAP HANA data modeling, SQL scripting, and performance optimization
  • 3+ years of experience designing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HANA models in enterprise-scale production environments
  • 3+ years of experience developing SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence) reports and dashboards based on client requirements
  • 2+ years of experience building and deploying interactive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards for business leadership or client executives
  • 2+ years of experience integrating data using SAP SDI, Datasphere, or BDC within analytics or reporting platforms
  • 2+ years of experience working with the Collection process or GPS SOM collection operations, translating business requirements into analytics solutions
  • 1+ years of experience leading or actively participating in end-to-end analytics enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
