Work You’ll Do
Support delivery across the AI Ready Workforce and AI Governance, Testing, and Evaluation workstreams, driving task execution, producing high-quality client-ready artifacts, and coordinating stakeholders to keep deliverables moving on schedule. Deliverables may be accelerated using existing client-approved AI tools in a responsible manner.
Key responsibilities include supporting and drafting deliverables such as: 1) support creation of the AI testing environment and AI Impact Assessments ; 2) support testing methodology documentation ensuring high-impact use cases comply with client policy/directives ; 3) facilitate working sessions, capture actions/decisions, and translate inputs into usable products (briefings, playbooks, roll-out assets). Familiarity with tools such as Coder, n8n, python, Power BI strongly preferred. Strong writing, organization, and stakeholder management skills required.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active High Risk (Tier 4) Public Trust security clearance required
- 2+ years’ experience in change management, dashboarding, and facilitating work sessions
- 2+ years’ experience in AI governance to include the creation of AI test environment and AI impact assessments
- 2+ years’ experience in supporting testing methodology documentation
- 1 Year of experience with one of the following tools: Coder, n8n, Python, or Power BI
- Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA, 2-4 days per week
