- Build, test, and optimize analytic methodologies and AI/ML solutions for integration into user-facing technical tools, including cutting-edge GenAI and AgenticAI methods to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and mission operations teams to understand requirements, present findings, and tailor analytic solutions to evolving needs.
- Maintain and uphold data science best practices on new methodologies, technologies, industry trends, and open-source packages.
- Document code, workflows, and analytic processes following best practices to ensure reproducibility, transparency, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise technical briefings and presentations to audiences ranging from technical peers to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Respond rapidly to high-priority analytic requests, adapting to shifting mission priorities while maintaining high standards of technical rigor and communication.
- Iterate on and/or create repeatable, reusable processes and scalable data systems that meet technical and deployment challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with other software, hardware & data engineers, account manager, PMO team and leadership to help ensure project delivery and success.
