Compass Conference

Deloitte’s Compass Conference is hosted at Deloitte’s Leadership Center, Deloitte University, in Westlake, Texas. Deloitte covers all travel and lodging expenses for participants selected for the program.

During the conference, participants will:
- Explore career pathways within accounting

Required Qualifications:
- Student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in business or a related field with an anticipated final graduation date of 2029-2030
- Strong academic record, cumulative college/university GPA of 3.2 or above
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
- Definitive plans to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Demonstrated participation in a campus club, society, sports team, or other activity
- Cumulative college/university GPA of 3.5 or above
