Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
The Workfront Product Manager is responsible for providing administrative duties for the Marketing Organization from initial Workfront implementation to ongoing support and continued process improvement. In addition, the Product Manager will partner with the Marketing Workfront Customer Zero program team to report on DX Workfront org updates, roadmap prioritization, enablement & change management activities, and the IBM team to support new DX Marketing implementations.
- Program Alignment with DWX (Digital Workplace Experience) & ATS (Adobe Technology Services)
- Support Workfront Customer Zero Program through governance activities, program structure, Group Admin support model, Change Management Activities
- Communicate program-level decisions to DX Marketing users and leadership
- Collaborate with other marketing orgs on implementation projects that have cross—organizational impacts
- Surface blockers, risks, dependencies that require support from DWX/ATS and/or Leadership
- Program Management – DX Marketing
- Primary POC (Point of Contact) for new implementation requests, field requests and prioritize
- Identification of product's MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to be developed for maximizing business value
- DX Marketing roadmap planning – identify strategic initiatives, work with DX Marketing stakeholders to identify project LOE, Adobe bandwidth
- Create implementation projects in Workfront & add to Marketing road map
- Maintain pipeline of implementation projects
- Monitor team bandwidth and prioritize projects
- Scoping & Discovery – schedule & manage meetings with DX Marketing stakeholders to identify Workfront use cases, functionality & level of effort to secure implementation & support resources
- Support Workfront implementations and some Group Admin/support activities
- Confirm smooth hand-off from implementation team to Group Admin Support – documents & check list is in order
- Share updates, help schedule build review meetings, UAT, and enablement sessions
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Program/Product Manager
- Minimum of 5 years working with Customer Data Platform
- Minimum of 5 years working with Workfront, Marketo, AEP
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you server

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000-$152,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
