Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs in connection to information technology projects. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. Partner with information technology project client’s stakeholders in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotechnology industry to identify their needs, finding the most suitable analytical solutions and providing recommendations. Develop assets and methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral in key areas such as drug portfolio strategy, IP valuation, pharmaceutical operating model design, physician and patient segmentation, drug launch and commercialization strategy, market access strategy with payers and providers. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for the future trade promotion management system. Manage technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gap in current trade promotion management activities. Manage vendor assessment for content management of Life Sciences & Healthcare sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content, and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Participate in information technology project proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers by employing effective communication skills, stakeholder management techniques, and relationship-building strategies over Customer relationship Management (CRM) software;
• Working across all phases of the Agile Development Lifecycle, for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector utilizing Microsoft (MS) Azure, Amazon AWS, Simple Storage Solution (S3), Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, Informatica, and API architecture;
• Creating key strategic and operational solutions for clients within the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector utilizing design thinking, business model canvas, value stream mapping, market research, and operational assessments using data analytics platforms and analysis including SWOT, PESTLE, Competitive, Tableau, and MS Power BI;
• Providing organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible and custom business models utilizing Agile methodology, enterprise architecture frameworks, MS Visio, and Lucidchart and maintain process documentation using Confluence and MSSharePoint;
• Designing enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Applied Design methodology, Cost-benefit Analysis, benchmarking and developing client’s deliverables including reports, presentations, strategic and implementation roadmaps, prototypes and product documentation;
• Participating in project management and delivery to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize Return on Investment (ROI), utilizing project management methodologies Waterfall, Agile, Kanban and tools Jira, Confluence, MSSharePoint, and MS Project; and
• Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis to develop solutions for client challenges, utilizing Gen-AI and ML-driven analytics, Next-Best Engagement models and Six Sigma.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $155,542.00 - $253,000.00.
