Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory information technology project and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Coordinate the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Coordinate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Drive the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO);
- Working across phases of the Technology implementation, including Project preparartion, Business Blueprinting, Realization, Testing phases, Final Prep/Cutover, Go live and Support for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP’s Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology;
- Working on large-scale SAP IBP and SAP APO implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS SCOR) framework and Microsoft (MS) Visio for specilized process mapping;
- Working with project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Smartsheet and leveraging project management methologies Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid;
- Performing Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Adobe Acrobat (Pdfs), Microsofts’ Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; and
- Performing SAP IBP modules’ Demand, Sales & Operations, Supply, Inventory and SAP APO modules’ Demand Planning, Supply planning, and Global Available To Promise (GATP) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution.

Annual Salary: $131,175.00-$218,625.00
