Work You’ll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Defining system requirements, including requirement gathering, business gap analysis, prototype design, process realization, development, testing, migration, and hyper care support with implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SuccessFactors Learning Management System, Employee Central, and Reporting modules;
- Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP Statistical Analysis System (SAS) custom validation reports, Microsoft (MS) Excel-macro-based tools;
- Creating technical and functional system specifications, use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logical diagrams, data models, and process models using Octane, Jira, SAP ASAP, Scaled Agile methodology, and Microsoft (MS) Office suites including Word, Visio, and Project;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements and deploy integration process applications across cloud and or on-premises, using the Dell Boomi Atmosphere platform to perform cloud integration, application integration, and enterprise web services including APIs and OData;
- Determining, deploying, and documenting optimal conversion methodology for clients’ data with the Data Conversion Services team;
- Assisting with planning and executing tests for SAP software patches, service pack analysis, release upgrades, and both standard and custom configurations in various client-defined environments including development, user acceptance, and regression phases, as well as debugging WRICEF objects;
- Performing consultation with business users and applications leads to automating SAP support tasks and initiating recurring processes to increase operations effectiveness; and
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power BI, and Smartsheet.

Annual Salary: $126,755.00 - $171,250.00.
