Work You’ll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Participating in all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Cloud-based, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) products and features for enterprise-level clients;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments, utilizing Miro, Confluence, Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS PowerPoint, and Keynote to document process flows and diagrams, and creating prioritized roadmaps for new features;
• Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), A/B testing, and creating test scenarios and edge cases while tracking application defects and resolution timelines, utilizing MS Excel and Radar to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing customer journeys, data models, and building product backlogs in Jira and Azure;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS PowerPoint, Quip, and Wrike to highlight data-driven insights against defined success criteria of products, features, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• Coordinating project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Wrike and Quip to document roles and responsibilities, timelines, assessment of business and launch readiness, risks, and key delivery decisions; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing articles documented with UI/UX screenshots, training videos, end-to-end process maps, and guidance on managing products and features.

Annual Salary: $157,373.00-$253,000.00
