Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, upgrades, support, monitoring and maintenance for Epic Client Systems Infrastructure
- Identify potential issues and refer more complex issues to appropriate level of support
- Build rapport and always promote teamwork by maintaining a professional and positive attitude, working to maintain open and professional lines of communication with all end users and colleagues, and utilizing key change management principles
- Lead meetings as needed, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and manage a project plan
- Meet application deliverables, project timelines, and delivery weekly status reporting
- Timely project and data tracking with input of weekly time tracking
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
- 5-7 years of recent experience with Epic systems
- Must have an active ECSA certification
- Expertise with US healthcare workflows
- Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Working knowledge of patient care databases and applications required
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Previous Consulting experience
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $145,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
