Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

  • Requirement Elicitation: Work closely with stakeholders, including the Functional Lead/Scrum Master, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Documentation: Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear and consistent communication of requirements and expectations.
  • User Story Management: Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Backlog Management: Assist the Functional Lead/Scrum Master in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support Agile Ceremonies: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, providing input and support as needed.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in the development of test plans and test cases, and participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Change Management: Support change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and project delivery, and work with the Functional Lead/Scrum Master to implement changes.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Typically has 4 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience 
  • Experience working with teams to deliver in Agile project environments 
  • Ability to gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration 
  • Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
  • Ability to perform functional testing and create product roadmaps
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 

Preferred:

  • Salesforce or CRM SaaS Solutions experience 
  • Salesforce Certified 
  • Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750.00 to $171,250.00.
