Work you’ll do
- Lead the development of complex Microsoft Dynamics applications and integrations.
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Dynamics solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Dynamics developers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical challenges within Dynamics

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience as a Senior / Lead Dynamics 365 Developer
- Self starter and capable of leading a small team
- Technical expertise on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform including plugins, workflows, custom activities, custom actions, JavaScript, CRM solutions (managed and unmanaged), deployment, pipelines, code reviews and optimization techniques.
- Effective communicator and all round team player
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Travel up to 20 - 50% depending on the clients and industries you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000.00 to $188,000.
