Job Description

Mobile Xamarin Developer

Work you’ll do

  • Write efficient, testable, and design compliant code
  • Interact with other stakeholders not limited to end-user clients, Project Manager/Scrum master, Business Analysts, offshore development, testing and other cross-functional teams.
  • Develop solutions following established technical design, development standards and quality processes in projects
  • Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
  • Perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project

Skillset Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience
  •  3– 6 years of work experience with an object-oriented programming language
  • Experience working as a developer in Xamarin Native – Xamarin iOS and Xamarin Android
  • Experience working as a developer in .NET, C#
  • Working knowledge of alteast one cloud platform not limited to Azure, AWS
  • RESTful API's (Postman, Rest Assured, SOAP UI etc.)
  • Enjoys coding for fun and enjoys demonstrating ideas or works in progress to other developer
  • Comfortable researching and exploring the design and development of unfamiliar coding languages and frameworks
  • Experience in leveraging subject matter experts and other available resources in order to solve
  • complex problems
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Good to have Skills

  • Working knowledge of best practices in .NET & Microsoft technologies
  • Working knowledge of best practices in Azure, AWS
  • Experience working as a developer in scripting language not limited to TypeScript
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software design
  • Experience working as a developer in Web UI frameowrks not limited to React/Blazor
  • Experience working as a developer in .NET Core, .NET Standard
  • Experience in unit testing frameworks not limited to NUnit, MS Test
  • Experience in MS SQL Performance Tunnning
