Position Summary

Workfront Marketing Technology Specialist

Work You’ll Do 

As a Workfront Marketing Technology Specialist, you will be working with Deloitte’s in-house marketing team applying your technical program and project management skills to:

Process and Project Management

  • Administrate Deloitte’s internal marketing technology platform, Workfront
  • Support Agile workflows for stakeholders in Workfront
  • Assist with enhancements to our platforms and expansions to new internal client groups
  • Assess legacy and existing systems and processes to understand what process need to adapt to better fit our portfolio’s needs
  • Resolve assigned requests to the Workfront CoE Helpdesk
  • Work closely with other platform administrators, marketing technology managers and our Internal Technology Services team to support, configure and expand our platforms
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

Data Analysis and Governance/Reporting

  • Analyze data to provide meaningful insights and drive data issues to resolution
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity of multiple systems
  • Ensure recurring and ad-hoc reports are delivered as per schedule with utmost quality
  • Review reports to ensure data accuracy

Stakeholder Management

  • Support the business objectives of the in-house marketing team
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholder team members and produce useful reports and insights
  • Present data and reports in an easy to read and comprehensible manner, bringing elements of design and automation which complement the Client’s objectives
  • Actively participate in our platforms’ user forums and attend local user group meetings

Qualifications Include

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 1+ years’ experience with Adobe Workfront
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
  • 2+ years’ experience in analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills needed
  • Travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/industries you serve
  • Some immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred 

  • Previous experience with complex technology infrastructure projects
  • Previous experience working with Marketing teams and their Marketing technologies
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall Project Management

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $64,935 to $119,580.
