The USDC leverages scale, talent, and a center delivery model to provide high quality, cost-effective service with standardized processes and procedures. Our US Delivery Centers have been growing since 2014 with significant, continued growth on the horizon. Our delivery centers are based in Mechanicsburg, PA, Lake Mary, FL and Gilbert, AZ.

Work you’ll do

Our Workforce Transformation services help clients reimagine their talent management strategies across leadership, learning, rewards, inclusion, performance management, career mobility, and talent acquisition.

As a Workforce Strategies Solution Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience with workforce strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:

  • Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate
  • Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client

Our Center is home to a multitude of specialists ranging from systems designers, architects, and integrators, to creative digital experts and Human Capital professionals. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.

Our Workforce Transformation services help you reimagine your talent management strategies across leadership, learning, rewards, inclusion, performance management, career mobility, and talent acquisition.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience with workforce functions and/or processes in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategies, Career Mobility, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Workforce & Talent Analytics and/or related domains
  • 2+ years of experience mixing quantitative and qualitative approaches to create workforce recommendations and/or solutions that link workforce strategy with business strategy
  • Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must live near, or relocate to, Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA or Gilbert, AZ
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
     

Preferred:

  • Experience with project management, developing presentations, and/or facilitation
  • Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments
  • Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working on or with Learning initiatives
  • Skills with Excel, Tableau or other data-related tools
  • Data visualization skills
  • Program management skills
