Work you’ll do
As a Workforce Analytics Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate external labor markets to develop projections for future labor planning initiatives
- Develop labor market analysis and present data through charts, diagrams and reports
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience researching external labor markets
- 3 years of experience analyzing labor market data for projections of future state labor availability
- 3 years experience working with external labor market data for US markets and/or international markets, including policy analysis
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, VBA, SQL server, automation, macros, Visual Basic, R, or KPIs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, to the client site in the DC area based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 1+ years as a labor economist
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, VBA, Tableau, & Python
- 2+ years of experience with analytical tools (Excel, Macros, Access, SPSS, or SAS)
