Workday Integrations Developer, Manager

Work you'll do
A Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver Integration components of Workday engagements. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage teams in the identification of technical requirements, design, testing, training, defining support procedures.
- Design, Build, Implement, and Support New and Existing Integration Solutions across Multiple Applications Platform
- Lead Projects across Multiple Integration Environments including MuleSoft, Oracle SOA, etc.
- Manage new and existing APIs, Webservices and Microservices
- Collaborate with Global Integration Cross-Functional Teams spread across diverse time zones
- Communicate Integration Solutions across Product, Business, QA, DevOps, Partner Development Organizations
- Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
- Manage resources and budget on client projects.
- Assist and drive the team by providing oversight.
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 3+ years of experience leading workstreams or small teams
- 6+ years of data integration development experience
- Prior experience with web technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON
- 4+ years of experience with SOA using SOAP and REST with API management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a lead or project manager on at least 2 full lifecycle Workday cloud /SaaS implementation
- Prior hands-on development experience with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Talend, Informatica, etc.
- Prior experience with SQL and relational databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.
- Solid understanding of web-based authentication/authorization technologies (e.g. OAuth, JWT, SAML, and OpenID).
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment when collaborating with clients
- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
- Ability to collaborate with clients

Wages + Salary
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $243,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
