Work you’ll do 

As a Workday Time Tracking Lead, you will:

  • Provide overall leadership, subject matter expertise, and utilize leading practices and tools in the implementation of the Workday Time Tracking functionality that is in scope and oversee the timely completion of deliverables required by the project plan. 
  • Present in design sessions, leveraging virtual tools to present Workday concepts to clients.
  • Coordinate and participate in design workshops, assist in the development of business process and role design documents, review impact assessment, and assist in the identification of gaps. 
  • Complete hands-on functional and technical project activities, demonstrates and explain key product features, documents, requirements, and designs, provide knowledge transfer to the project team, configure the corresponding functionality, and assist in testing, and support the roll-out.
  • Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, Internet research tools (Microsoft (MS) 365, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience supporting a higher education environment with the full lifecycle Implementation and Configuration of the Workday HCM Time Tracking module
  • Experience with Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred:

  • 2 years of experience with presenting in design sessions, leveraging virtual tools to present Workday concepts to clients
  • Consulting experience in the higher education sector
