The Enterprise Operations as a Service (EOAAS) team brings together our finance transformation products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. We support finance, procurement, and supply chain transformations where software is a true enabler of process improvements, cost reductions, and continuous innovation.
Work you’ll do
- Administer our clients’ Workday platform, including configuration, data loads, custom validations, and/or optimization of Finance modules
- Monitor system performance, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday functionality, data integrity, reports, and system integrations
- Partner with the Business Apps Manager and other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday
- Stay up to date with new Workday features, evaluating their potential impact(s) and making recommendations for the client’s adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Workday system configurations and workflows
- Participate in design, testing, and deployment for Workday releases and enhancements
- Provide end-user support and training, equipping our client’s employees to effectively use Workday
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Workday Financials in a post-production environment
- Strong understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting
- Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain processes, policies, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) as business needs change
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA areas
- Must be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the year
Preferred:
- Workday Certification in Finance-related Modules
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant consulting and/or professional experience
- Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday
- Experience with State, Local, and/or Higher Education industries
- Hands-on functional experience with business analysis and post-production incident management
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
