Position Summary

The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. As we go-to-market we will show our clients that we serve more than HR organizations - from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader—and that we deliver on our issues and help create value for our clients.

This role requires an experienced Human Capital professional who can assist in selling and lead a portfolio of UKG WFM and Infor WFM/HCM Operate clients. This role supports overall strategy, analysis, and execution for the commercialization & go-to-market of our UKG WFM and Infor WFM/HCM Operate offering.

Application Operate Services (AOS) used to be synonymous with support but today it is much more than that. Our Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) AOS team focuses on helping our clients realize the true value of their UKG WFM and Infor WFM/HCM Cloud transformations by first creating the right solutions to maintain and support their investment. This team brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. As we grow, this team will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio.

Work You’ll Do

As a WFM/HCM and UKG WFM AOS Delivery Solutions Manager within our Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) team, you will use your knowledge and experience with these premier SaaS tools to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

  • Maintaining hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
  • Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others.
  • Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client.
  • Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client.
  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.
  • Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.
  • Contributes to proposal development.
  • Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong WFM Cloud knowledge you possess.
  • Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development.
  • Seek out opportunities for professional growth and expansion of your consulting skills and experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years hands on experience in consulting or industry experience with Application Operate Services (AOS) for Infor WFM/HCM or UKG WFM.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in several Full Life Cycle implementation of the UKG WFM or Infor WFM or HCM Cloud product, from planning to configuration through go live.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues, and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience mentoring and sharing knowledge, to grow and develop colleagues within the practice.
  • Minimum of 4 years demonstrated mastery of Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 0 – 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
