Work You’ll Do
Provide cross-functional leadership on issues related to product management. Oversee the product management process from ideation through delivery for a wide range of technology mediums and clients. Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Work with development teams, quality risk management (QRM) teams, pricing teams, clients, and integration partners on a variety of emerging-technology applications and services. Develop road mapping for products based on input from internal stakeholders, customers and the market. Prioritize features based on needs and benefits of the client organization, to include its user base, to maximize product value. Define client issues and articulate them to development teams to drive solutions. Test product hypotheses and oversee user testing cycle. Break down complex problems into actionable steps for development teams. Facilitate collaborative decision-making during workshops.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Four years of product management experience.
- Experience must include four years of:
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product management and program management processes, and developing intellectual property strategies to support engineering teams;
- Leading product strategy management and developing metrics to measure product innovation growth;
- Developing proof of concept validations to assist program managers with establishing Sprint, Agile, and Lean methodologies;
- Establishing product management, product value propositions, and pricing;
- Working cross-functionally with business leaders to address issues related to product development and management; and
- Liaising directly with various stakeholders at the C-suite level both internally and externally to discuss product market fit and product road mapping.
