Position Summary

Core Business Operations- VIP IT Support Technician – Associate

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

  • Serve as the first contact with internal Senior Manager/C Suite employees who need technical assistance via the phone or email
  • Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques 
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
  • Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Working with ServiceNow on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide needed information on IT products or services
  • Keep record of problems and their resolution 
  • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
  • Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
  • Suggest improvements on procedures
  • Will service senior leadership with great customer service, quick follow up, attentional to detail and overall IT helpdesk/desktop support
  • This team of 4 will manage approximately 300 interactions a week which equals out to 15 tickets per day per person on the VIP team

The Team 

Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts. 

Qualifications

Required 

  • Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices 
  • Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and patient

Preferred

  • BA in IT, Computer Science, or similar relevant field (degree optional – can/will waive for the right resources!)


Travel
  • Travel up to 10% annually
