Position Summary


Client & Markets Growth (CMG) – India Business Leader’s Office –Senior Analyst

 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong data analysis, process optimization, and business management skills to support data-driven decision making by leadership. The candidate will work closely with senior leaders in CMG to build and work on reports that have a direct impact on business priorities and strategy. A candidate with experience in working with senior executives across project management, process automation, operations management, data analysis, reporting, and visualization will be preferred.


Work you’ll do

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations; use advanced storyboarding, excel, and visualization skills
  • Apply established tools and methodologies to support business decision-making
  • Develop and review processes to support creation of accurate dashboards, reporting metrics, trends analysis, and timely deliverables
  • Manage assigned projects, effectively collaborating and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders
  • Develop high quality PowerPoint presentations and present to the internal leadership team
  • Demonstrate understanding of various standards, procedures, and the latest tools/technologies and best practices followed by the business for data collation, reporting, and maintenance
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand trends in data sets, industry, and relate them to business objectives
  • Demonstrate and apply strong knowledge of management frameworks

Skillsets required:

  • Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful recommendations; prior experience in reporting & analytics would be an advantage
  • Ability to develop impactful presentations, including logical structuring and storytelling
  • Superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between different workstreams
  • Strong business acumen; ability to connect the dots to draw meaningful insights for the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to senior leaders.  
  • Experience working with virtual teams and senior leadership; can hold a conversation beyond work to build rapport in a virtual environment
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
  • Capable of quickly, regularly, and independently learning new technologies under the pressure of consistent high-profile project deliverables
  • Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected

Qualifications

  • MBA degree or a Master’s degree in Statistics/Commerce/Mathematics/Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift timing: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
