Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a USDC Manager 1, Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects including software implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage and deliver work plans, coordinate with onshore teams on requirements and resolution of queries, manage activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Work to improve their ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with digital solutions. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Improve internal processes, and promote Supply Chain knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field.

Three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

In the alternative the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor’s degree and five years of progressively responsible experience as noted above.

Must have three years of experience with:

  • Leading large-scale supply chain transformations and supply chain cloud solution implementations across Life Sciences and Consumer Products organizations, driving program governance, managing work plans for onshore/offshore teams, managing activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope;
  • Reviewing current state supply chain processes, documenting key gaps and pain points, evaluating technology options, validating final functional and technical requirements, and translating requirements into project designs using Process design workshops, Functional requirements development and preparing implementation roadmap using tools including MS Visio, MS project, and MS PowerPoint;
  • Evaluating spend of direct and indirect categories by developing a spend baseline, conducting spend analytics, forecasting demand, and analyzing current S2P (source to pay) processes using business stakeholder interviews, data of past purchases, and techniques to forecast demand;
  • Determining, designing, and implementing sourcing strategies that include spend baseline development, TCO ("total cost of operations"), Should Cost Model development, RFx (Request for X) design and executions, supplier negotiations and savings calculations by liaising with key business stakeholders to understand business plans, objectives and requirements;
  • Leading system configuration to automate business processes for strategic sourcing, contracts lifecycle management and digitization, procurement and invoicing automation, supplier onboarding and risk management, utilizing cloud procurement tools including Coupa, Ariba, and iCertis;
  • Working across all phases of the Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid software development lifecycles for the design, development, testing and implementation of Cloud platform solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Managing project teams and project delivery, tracking and resolving key issues and risks to scope and resources utilizing MS Project, MS Excel, MS SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for visualizations;
  • Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff; and
  • Preparing proposals for large scale supply chain and procurement transformations, including design, scope, approach, best practices, timeline, and pricing recommendations.
