  • Guide End-to-End User Experience: Oversee the user experience, including digital adoption tools and automation tools/bots.
  • Support Deloitte Transformations: Identify impacts of transformations like Workforce Transformation and Global Storefront, refining UX designs to support evolving ways of working.
  • Collaborate in a Dynamic Environment: Work with minimal oversight in a complex, client- and team-focused setting.
  • Identify UX Opportunities: Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to identify and incorporate impactful UX design and research opportunities into project plans.
  • Apply UX Principles: Use team’s UX guiding principles and frameworks in special projects with the internal UX team.
  • Contribute Creatively: Provide hands-on, creative, and solution-oriented input to deliverables.
  • Conduct User Research: Perform user research through interviews and observations to identify and analyze pain points.
  • Design User Interactions: Work with product development teams to design user interactions, interfaces, and flows.
  • Create User Journey Maps: Define future state user experiences through user journey maps.
  • Conduct Usability Tests: Design and conduct usability tests to validate designs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage UX Lifecycle: Oversee research, design, and testing phases, preparing materials, tracking status, reporting findings, and recommending usability improvements.
  • Communicate UX Value: Articulate the capabilities of the UX team and the value of human-centered design to Talent stakeholders and USTT project teams.
  • Evaluate New Technologies: Assess new technology applications and solutions considering UX strategies and their fit into the overall user experience.
  • Refine Talent UX Strategies: Partner with USTT teams and leadership to refine Talent UX strategies and guiding principles/frameworks, focusing on areas like mobile, accessibility, and chatbots.
  • Perform Other Duties: Undertake other role-related duties as assigned.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Proficient in usability testing principles, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design
  • Proficient in Figma (Designer, FigJam, etc.)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
