Work you’ll do

The Deloitte Center for Financial Services (DCFS) has an opening for a team member who will use their creativity and enthusiasm to create, deploy and promote financial services business content. This DCFS marketer will support the promotion of cutting-edge research for DCFS and collaborate with the Financial Services Industry (FSI) marketing team to integrate DCFS research assets into the broader Industry issue-based marketing campaigns. In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with FSI colleagues, leaders, DCFS operations and research teams, Deloitte Insights, and our internal agency to advise and/or lead strategic DCFS and Financial Services activations
  • Contribute to DCFS signature programs like the annual Financial Services Outlooks and the Within Reach podcast series addressing gender equity in financial services
  • Support the Financial Services Industry’s growth-driving campaigns
  • Provide innovative approaches and best practices across the FSI marketing team
  • Drive DCFS marketing initiatives, particularly QuickLook articles (quick to market short content) and sector-driven thought leadership
  • Design, develop and maintain DCFS marketing impact and insights reporting
  • Contribute to Deloitte’s internal marketing calendar and other account-focused assets

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
  • Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related business field 
  • Travel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
