Java QA Engineer

Work you’ll do 

We are currently seeking Java developers to join our quality assurance & technical support team. This is a test-driven environment, where your responsibilities will include product maintenance, debugging and product testing, as well as supporting internal and external customers. 

You’ll have new challenges every day. Sometimes you’ll know the answer to the problem; sometimes you’ll ask a colleague, and other times you’ll rely on Google and Stack Overflow to get to the bottom of things. If you love a good puzzle & solving problem, this might be the right job for you

Java QA Engineers in the System Engineering practice are required to have: 

  • Experience coding in Java; knowledge of additional, knowledge of .NET/C# is a bonus
  • ​​​​​​​Familiarity with build tools such as Apache Ant, Maven, Gradle and Jenkins
  • Familiarity with modern testing tools such as Docker
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Experience with Java testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Spock, and Geb
  • Familiarity with modern technical environments such as Oracle Database, MSSQL Database, Apache Tomcat/WebSphere, Linux administration and scripting, agile methodology
  • Passion for efficient, reliable solutions
  • Experience in Quality assurance techniques for software projects would be helpful
  • Solution and team oriented way of working
  • Work thoroughly and comprehensibly
  • Passion for getting familiar with new matters on his own
  • BA, BS or MS degree in Computer Science
