Position Summary

US Consulting Global Operations (Enabling Senior Consultant)

As part of the US Consulting Global Operations (USCGO) team, the Senior Consultant will help operationalize a global priority program in close coordination with cross-functional teams from multiple geographies.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Execute special projects for US and Americas global leadership to accelerate delivering our shared global strategic agenda for prioritized initiatives
  • Coordinate planning, execution and delivery of global strategic priorities and operational processes
  • Senior PMD Engagement & Support: Team with and/or support account, industry, functional, global leaders to coordinate, plan, execute and deliver identified goals
  • Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Work with teams and experts across many aspects of the Firm (Delivery Center, Finance, Talent, QRM) 
  • Executive Communication: Lead and support development of deliverables including storyboarding, deriving value-add insights from multiple data sources, leadership presentations, business cases and POVs, etc.
  • C-suite Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards related to performance metrics, global trends, insights, recommendations
  • Program Management: Manage core team activities, reporting, meetings, collaboration across accounts and campaigns, day-to-day operations

The Team

US Consulting Global Operations (USCGO) team, led by the Chief Global Officer for US Consulting, enables our US Consulting global strategy. We are hyper focused on supporting US Consulting in serving our advantaged client portfolio globally, and on the priority markets, sectors, and capabilities that are important to the US and global network. The USCGO Americas team, enables our global strategy by providing value-add services across our various relationships between the US and the rest of the Americas. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-7+ years of consulting experience in a client delivery environment leading strategy and program development activities
  • Strong senior executive communication skills (verbal and written) in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Expert in Microsoft applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent project management skills, storyboarding, attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work products
  • Experience driving end-to-end projects, work threads, and initiatives to completion in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

Preferred:

  • Proven strategic thinker who thrives on solving our clients’ problems and who brings clear, insightful ideas to the table 
  • Ability to work with senior firm leadership in order to develop cross-border program vision, detailed plans, and drive their execution / activation
  • Ability to build strong cross-cultural relationships and influence key stakeholders, foster trust and collaboration, and interact with all levels within the firm including leadership
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and experience working in a matrixed, global work environment
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, consistently, and successfully delivers in a remote work environment
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple constituents
  • Awareness of firm’s business performance metrics and KPIs
