Work you’ll do
- Launching successful new products and enhancing and scaling them through human centered design best practices to drive feature development and product releases
- Experience with early stage products and new product development from ideation through wireframes, agile iteration, launch and ongoing feature enhancements.
- Experience developing component libraries and design systems from thoroughly annotated wires to clickable prototypes
- Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders from various levels and areas of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally.
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers to design solutions that are feasible and functionally sound successful outcomes cross-functionally.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
- 7+ years of design experience in a consulting or in-house environment
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills
- Prior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
- Prior exposure to UX research, including planning, designing, and facilitating user sessions and client workshops, analyzing findings, and articulating results
- Experience with modern design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer, and InVision, Figma
- Able to manage self and others to stay on track with a project.
- Leads collaboration within a team, including internal team reviews, critiques, and presentations.
- Provides clear feedback to other designers, recognizing different talents and areas of growth.
- Demonstrates ability to act as a coach or mentor to less experienced team members.
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
