- An undergraduate degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Ability to articulate leading technology issues and trends, including the associated business implications within one or more industries
- Strong program management skills with experience managing and delivering complex and critical programs
- Exhibit a passion for technology and continuous learning to keep pace with the accelerating change across multiple technologies and solutions
- Deep understanding of how technology solutions are architected and their alignment to the organization's broader business goals
- Awareness regarding latest EA tools used in the market; Hands-on experience desired
- Knowledge of one or more Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, including TOGAF, Zachman, Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEAF) Dept of Defence Architecture Framework (DoDAF), or SABSA – Enterprise Security Architecture Framework
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others, lead teams, and mentor junior staff
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Must have participated in one or more projects involving:
- Enterprise Architecture maturity evaluations leveraging a standard maturity model and target-state Enterprise Architecture capability and operating model definition
- Enterprise Architecture landscape assessment and target state definition. Enterprise Architecture blueprint and roadmap development
- Solution Architecture development for a complex/cross-functional transformation
- Technology strategy definition with a focus on developing future roadmaps for clients
- Application Rationalization/ IT Cost Optimization
- IT Operating Model Development/Assessment
- Technology value/business case formation (e.g., cost to achieve and cost to operate models)
- Vendor selection (e.g., service providers, software providers, ERP platforms)
- Technology capability and skillset assessments
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA preferred)
- Undergraduate degree with focus on Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, Systems Engineering or equivalent
- Certifications such as TOGAF® Standard Foundation or Certified, COBIT 5, ITIL, AWS Solution Architect
- At least four years of experience managing large technology engagements (min. of 2 full life cycle implementations)
- Experience with any of the following: Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data architecture, Technology architecture
- Understanding of governance processes and forums: Architecture Review Board, Technology Standards Board, etc.
- Ability to develop Solution Architecture for digital technologies such as AI, Cloud, and RPA etc.
- Experience with doing a current state architecture blueprinting, conducting a maturity assessment, and developing future state architecture
- Exposure to integration architecture, data management, data governance, and security
