Work you’ll do 

  •  Support the development and delivery of training and performance support, including developing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, or web training as needed, programming and testing course materials for Section 508 compliance, and coordinating training logistics
  • Gather, review, analyze and synthesize content
  • Create the course design by drafting course objectives and detailed course outline
  • Storyboard the detailed course content based on the approved outline or create instructor-led course materials (facilitator guide, participant guide, PowerPoint slides) based on approved outline
  • Conduct quality assurance of course materials and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications 


Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Organizational Development/Psychology, or a related discipline
  • 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in the learning and development space
  • Travel up to 70%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role 


Preferred: 

  • Advanced degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in Section 508 compliance
  • Training facilitation experience, virtual or in-person
  • Ability to learn new technology and translate technical information into easy-to-understand communications and training
  • Experience in training development and system design lifecycle and phases
  • Experience developing communications materials (fact sheets, newsletters, briefing decks, etc.)
  • Experience in business development and proposals
