Senior Analyst Third Party Risk Management
Executes various tasks related to the U.S. Firms’ Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The scope of the TPRM program includes performing risk-based due diligence on Deloitte U.S. Firm’s third parties. Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.
Expected to:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Deloitte U.S. third party due diligence policies and guidelines
- Respond to user queries and work with risk & compliance groups to process third party submissions
- Provide other support related to reporting of activity from TPRM Gateway and analyzing metrics for performance of third party diligence efforts
- Develop presentations and communications and provide training to Deloitte professionals
- Represent the TPRM team directly with client service teams, PPMDs, others within the organization, and with external third parties
- Liaison with the TPRM Gateway risk domains on third party due diligence matters and system requests
- Manage training documents and other tools to support TPRM Gateway
- Collaborate across R&BP or other Enabling Areas to escalate issues and resolve issues
- Collaboratively work with colleagues in the US and USI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM Gateway
- Provide other support to the TPRM leadership, and as directed to R&BP leaders
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in supporting the TPRM Gateway, including but not limited to:
- Contact and respond to Deloitte PPMDs and other professionals and third party inquiries as issues are escalated for your attention
- Analyze data within the TPRM Gateway for reporting and other various diligence activities on all third parties of Deloitte U.S.
- Triage TPRM Gateway process, access or other related issues
- Represent TPRM team directly with client service teams, PPMDs, others within the organization, and with external third parties
- Ensure document retention of the TPRM Gateway due diligence process and other related documentation
- Assist in testing the TPRM Gateway
- Assist in periodically assessing and evaluating the process and TPRM Gateway
2. Drive select tasks supporting TPRM team
- Perform analysis related to TPRM Gateway data
- Execute project management tasks and support TPRM team leadership
- Coordinate across Risk and Brand Protection or other Enabling Areas
3. Support TPRM program communications and training efforts
4.Other tasks specifically supporting the development and implementation of guidance and processes to facilitate compliance, implementation, and operational efficiency of the TPRM Gateway. Goal is to manage reporting, data analysis and issue support with the TPRM team.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications
- At least 4-6 years of experience working for a professional services organization providing one or more of the following: regulatory and compliance, audit, consulting, financial advisory, enterprise risk management and other related services.
- Substantive direct experience in one or more of the following: third party due diligence, ethics and compliance programs, risk and controls, process management or change management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- Experience with a global professional services firm a plus
- Ability to travel less than 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,035 to $121,215
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
