Position Summary

  • Coordinate set-up of Performance test environment
  • Prepare performance test plan
  • Create Test Script and designing
  • Performance Test execution
  • Publish the Performance Test Metrics
  • Should have experience in capturing and baselining Non-Functional Requirements

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.  Our operate services within CTO include:

Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement

Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products 

Qualifications Required

  • Experience managing large projects, portfolio level QA effort.
  • Lead system testing/integration/deployment activities
  • Develop test cases, from functional requirements to clearly convey the business user’s intent.
  • Participate in triage process, fully reproducing production issues, communicating workarounds, developing missing test scenarios, and validating fixes; accurately submitting and maintaining defects in the appropriate repository.
  • Perform manual exploratory and acceptance testing of new features being iteratively developed as part of agile development methodology
  • Attend system design reviews; technical interchange meetings; any other meetings as requested to support program and team
  • Ability to use ALM, JIRA for test case & execution management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be a team player working with a diverse group of team members
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
